Playoff Rules

SECOND SEASON STYLE

Players in top 1/3 of the standings at the end of week will continue to play in the Frenzy Playoffs. The playoffs will begin with week of the professional football regular season and the records and scoring of those players who made the playoffs will be reset. Playoff standings will be calculated in the same way as regular season standings but only taking records and scoring from Frenzy playoff weeks into consideration. Standings for the playoff contenders after week will determine how winnings are paid out.

Playoff contenders will receive a Points Differenital Enhancment based on their playoff seeding. The Points Differential Enhancment will be calculated as follows:
     Total Number of Players in the Playoffs less a player's playoff seeding plus that player's regular season wins
     Example (There are 11 players in the playoffs):
          Joe finished the regular season as the #3 seed with an 10-3 record.
          Joe's playoffs points differential enhancement would be 18.
          (Total number of players in the playoffs: 11, minus Joe's seed: 3, plus Joe's regular season win total: 10, equals 18)
          Joe will start the playoffs with a +18 Points Differential.

Regular season stats will be taken into consideration in the event of a tie. Please see the Tiebreakers Page for tiebreaking procedures.

1st place wins 45% of the pot
2nd place wins 25% of the pot
3rd place wins 15% of the pot
4th place wins 10% of the pot
5th place wins 5% of the pot
